YFM Strategy 2021-22
Earlier in the year, the YFM Board, NLT and Chapter Coordinators met up in-person and online to talk about its future, including a reset of the organisation’s strategy and sharing food across many smaller tables given we couldn’t all meet across a single table.
New YFM National Leadership Team
Late 2020, amid the COVID-ravaged 2020, YFM transitioned a new National Leadership Team to take the reins of the organisation. The new team was selected from previous volunteers and newcomers – all chosen for their select skills to help move the organisation to new heights over the next few years.
